好久不見的熟睡
最近患有很嚴重的失眠症頭...,也不能完全說是失眠,應該是淺眠...
我已經有好一段時間沒有好好的熟睡了
明明身體就很累,但是躺下去卻沒有辦法馬上入眠
這個問題困擾了我好一段時間,連續一個半月都是淺眠狀態
煩腦很多可能主要原因,好想把腦袋整個放空...
說來簡單,我還是覺得熟睡對我來說比較實際點!!
上星期去推拿之後,隔天超疲勞的,背後也超痛的...
之前整個背部硬梆梆,推一推之後這星期睡眠品質稍微有改善。
下個月要和同事一起去練瑜珈
除了想改善肩膀僵硬之外,看能不能練出美麗的線條~甩掉水桶腰!!
